SHIPPING POLICY

Processing time

Processing times for your order will vary by item and availability. We do our best to adhere to the processing time listed on the item when you purchase. There may be times where processing times may need to be extended due to the size of an order. If this happens, our team will contact you well in advance to advise of any possible delays.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are  not responsible for delays due to customs.

Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped via Priority mail. Buyers may request express or rush shipping for an additional fee. Please reach out to us via email at hello@cre8tivemotifs.com or chat with any questions regarding express shipping.

Return & Exchange Policy

Depending on the item, we may accept returns and exchanges

We get it, sometimes you change your mind or sometimes plans just change. Or maybe, and we hope this never happens, your item arrives damaged or broken. If you find yourself in this situation it's okay! Simply contact us within 2 days of delivery. Your item must be shipped back within 15 days of delivery.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for custom/personalized orders.

 

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

If you are requesting a return or exchange due to an item arriving damaged or broken, we may instruct you to discard the broken item  and we will send you a new one. There is no need to return the damaged item(s) in this case. Please be sure to take pictures of the damaged item(s) as these will be required to process your request. 

 

What about Cancellations?

Well, this depends. Due to the custom nature of our products, once we have created an order we will not be able to return the raw materials to inventory. However, if we have not shipped your order yet, contact us, and if we have not processed your order we can arrange a cancellation.  Please note that cancellations are not possible once orders have began processing. We recommend reaching out ASAP if you need to cancel or make a change.
