3. Enter the name or initials (depending on design choice) as you would like it to appear.
4. Some design options include an option for a professional title. If your chosen option includes a title. Please enter your title in the personalization section. If the design does not include a title, please do not enter one as this will not be added. If your design includes an option for a title but it is not added, we will not include a title in the final design.
