All items are made to order. We engrave each order exactly as it is received, so please be sure to double-check the spelling and date information you've provided. Because these are personalized items we will not be able to accept returns or exchanges for errors on the customer's part. 
All boards are made from all-natural wood and as a result, each board will vary slightly in color based on the natural properties of each piece. 

Ordering Instructions:
1. Select your board type. Please refer to the board type chart to review the size of each board. 
2. Select your design position. Please ensure the design position matches the board type that you have chosen (i.e. a round position for a round board.)
3. Enter your personalization details. Please double-check your spelling and your dates. Any missing information will be omitted from the design (i.e. a missing date).

- 1 sample premium cutting board oil 
- 1 complimentary reusable microfiber cloth for board oil

Processing times: 
All orders are processed in our facility in 1 - 3 business days. You may expedite your shipping by choosing priority shipping at checkout. Items that qualify for free shipping will be ground shipping in 2-9 days. Please note that upgrading to priority shipping does not reduce the processing time of the item.
